Lara And Tiffany Trump’s X Account Have Been Hacked: Here are the Details

X account Hacked

Former President Donald Trump’s family has at least two X accounts that have been compromised. Criminals have posted numerous links to fake cryptocurrency ventures.

On September 4, Lara and Tiffany Trump’s official X accounts were hacked. The threats were reported in a message sent to the official World Liberty Financial Telegram group chat, where Trump is launching his new decentralized finance (DeFi) initiative.

Until the issue is resolved, users are advised not to interact with the accounts or click on any links posted by them.

“Never buy any tokens or click on any links shared from their profiles. While we are working to fix this, please exercise caution and avoid scams.” World Liberty Financial said.

In a now-deleted X post, Lara Trump’s spouse admitted that his wife’s account had been hacked and that despite the announcements being authentic, they were posted by con artists.

Eric claims X closed both accounts “within minutes.”

Observant X users cited statements by Eric and Donald Trump that the accounts were promoting a memecoin on Solana before their removal that no memecoin would be introduced.

According to cryptocurrency trading program DEX Screener, the address in the fake posts was active for a while.

The token saw a peak price of 0.0053 and a trading volume of 1.37 million during its brief uptime before collapsing completely.

In an X post on September 4, Carter said, “I think this really hurts Trump’s election chances, especially if it gets hacked, the juiciest defi target ever. And it comes from a protocol that itself was hacked.”

Financial Realities for Global Freedom are Currently Limited

The World Liberty Financial Platform is expected to function as a lending and borrowing system similar to the DeFi protocols that are now in use in the cryptocurrency market.

Regarding the new project, Trump has published several cryptic comments in which he describes it as a service that will help consumers avoid traditional banking and establish the United States as the world’s “crypto capital.”

The official Liberty Project Telegram group currently has over 219,000 members.
With his announcements in November that he would support the sector if re-elected, Trump has gained a lot of support from the cryptocurrency community.
